Lexnomik publishes legal news, case updates and guides for lawyers, notaries and legal professionals in India. This page explains how we work.
What we publish
Case updates summarise recent court judgments (facts, issue, holding and practical impact). Guides explain a legal topic in plain language. News items report regulatory and market developments that matter to legal practice.
Sources and originality
We write our own headlines and summaries and link to the primary source (the judgment, statute, notification or official release) wherever it is publicly available. Where a report from another publication prompted a story, we credit it by name.
Review
Every item is checked against its source by an editor before it is published. Judgment details (court, bench, date, citation) are verified against the order or the court's website.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us with the page link. We correct factual errors promptly and note the change on the page.
