The notification follows recent announcements at the national level emphasizing swift legal action against individuals and organized networks involved in examination malpractices. The court is expected to prioritize offences relating to question paper leaks, cheating syndicates, impersonation, digital fraud, and other unlawful activities that undermine the fairness of public examinations.
Paper leak cases have emerged as a major challenge for educational institutions and recruiting agencies, often affecting lakhs of students and job aspirants. Delayed investigations and prolonged trials have frequently been criticized for failing to provide timely justice to affected candidates.
